Couscous with Yogurt and Fruit
Ingredients:
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
butter, without salt
salt, table
couscous, dry
yogurt, greek, plain, nonfat
sugars, granulated
goji berries, dried
Directions:
In a medium saucepan, add the first 3 ingredients; bring to a boil.
Add in the couscous and stir; cover; take off the stove burner and let stand 5 minutes.
Fluff the couscous with a fork.
Add in the yogurt and sugar; stir to combine.
Fold in the fruit.
Sprinkle with sugar.
