Applesauce Pizza Dough
Ingredients:
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
water, bottled, generic
leavening agents, yeast, baker's, active dry
sugars, granulated
salt, table
applesauce, canned, unsweetened, without added ascorbic acid (includes usda commodity)
Directions:
Add yeast & sugar to water.
Put all other ingredients in bread machine.
set on dough cycle.
Pre-bake at 400 for 15 minutes, then add toppings & bake again 15 minutes.
