Creme Fraiche

Ingredients:
cream, sour, cultured
cream, fluid, heavy whipping
milk, buttermilk, fluid, cultured, lowfat

Directions:
Put all ingredients into a 1 liter french canning jar and whisk to combine.
Let stand at room temperature for 1 1/2 hours.
Refrigerate.
Use within 2 weeks.
