Teriyaki Sauce
Ingredients:
soy sauce made from soy (tamari)
sugars, granulated
spices, garlic powder
spices, ginger, ground
Directions:
Combine sugar and soy sauce.
Add garlic and ginger.
(A couple tablespoons of Saki or other white wine is a nice touch, but optional.)
Stir until sugar is completely smooth (no longer "grainy").
Pour into a pretty salad dressing bottle or a jar.
