The BEST Chicken Marinade
Ingredients:
oil, olive, salad or cooking
rice vinegar,
soy sauce made from soy (tamari)
onions, spring or scallions (includes tops and bulb), raw
seeds, sesame seeds, whole, dried
spices, ginger, ground
mustard, prepared, yellow
spices, pepper, black
spices, garlic powder
spices, pepper, red or cayenne
chicken, broiler or fryers, breast, skinless, boneless, meat only, raw
Directions:
Whisk all ingredients but chicken together in a glass or plastic bowl.
Submerge the chicken in the marinade.
Cover tightly and let marinate in the refrigerator for up to 12 hours, turning the chicken occasionally.
Grill on medium high heat until cooked through.
This is delicious served with Asian cabbage salad or lo mein noodles!
