Phoenix Date Pudding
Ingredients:

sugars, granulated
dates, deglet noor
nuts, walnuts, english
vanilla extract
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
leavening agents, baking powder, double-acting, sodium aluminum sulfate
salt, table
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F.
Dissolve brown sugar in water and pour into 9 x 11 baking pan.
Mix remaining ingredients together thoroughly and pour over the syrup.
Bake for 25 minutes.
Serve warm with whipped cream.
