Peas With Cream Sauce (Tejfeles Borso) Recipe
Ingredients:
butter, without salt
onions, raw
parsley, fresh
cream, sour, cultured
peas, green, frozen, unprepared
cornstarch
milk, buttermilk, fluid, cultured, lowfat
sugars, granulated
Directions:
Saute/fry onions in butter till soft and not brown; add in parsley, peas and liquid.
Dissolve cornstarch in lowfat milk and add in to lowfat sour cream with sugar.
When peas come to boil, add in lowfat sour cream and remove from heat and stir.
Remove from low heat to keep hot.
