1 1/2 cups wheat bran
1/2 cup boiling drinking water
1/4 cup canola oil
3/4 cup brown sugar
egg replacer or egg option for One egg
1 cup soy milk
Just one 1/4 cups full wheat flour
A person 1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup orange marmalade
Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a muffin pan with paper muffin cups.

In a bowl, merge with each other all the elements. Spoon into the muffin cups, filling in the direction of about the three-quarters point. Bake the muffins for 20–25 minutes until eventually properly risen and springy in the direction of the contact. Interesting for Five minutes, then go the muffins toward a cord rack toward complete cooling.
Makes about 10 major or 16 very little muffins
