Ingredients:

applesauce, canned, unsweetened, without added ascorbic acid (includes usda commodity)
horseradish, prepared
vinegar, balsamic
Directions:
In a bowl stir together the mayonnaise, the applesauce, the horseradish, the vinegar, and pepper to taste.
Serve the sauce with roast pork.
