applesauce, canned, unsweetened, without added ascorbic acid (includes usda commodity)
butter, without salt
wheat flours, bread, unenriched
oats
milk, buttermilk, fluid, cultured, lowfat
sugars, brown
salt, table
spices, cinnamon, ground
leavening agents, yeast, baker's, active dry
raisins, seeded
Directions:
Place all ingredients except the raisins in your machine in the order specified by your machine's manufacturer.
Select the raisin bread cycle or possibly any cycle which has an add in ingredients beep.
Press start.
If your machine doesn't have this feature, add in the raisins during the last 10 min of the kneading using the basic or possibly white cycle.
This recipe yields 1 loaf.
