Sweet And Sour Spareribs Recipe

Ingredients:
pork, fresh, loin, tenderloin, separable lean only, raw
vinegar, distilled
soy sauce made from soy (tamari)
sugars, granulated
spices, pepper, black
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
oil, olive, salad or cooking

Directions:
Cut ribs into serving size pcs.
Add in vinegar and water to cover.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer one hour.
Drain.
Combine soy sauce, sugar, and pepper to make a marinade.
Pour over the ribs, turning frequently to coat each piece.
Remove ribs from pot, shake in a brown paper bag with flour.
Brown ribs with oil in a skillet.
Place in a casserole dish.
Pour over with sweet and sour sauce.
