Asparagus with Dijon Vinaigrette
1 tsp Dijon Mustard
1 1/2 tbsp pink Wine vinegar
1 tbsp additional virgin olive oil
2 tsp clean chopped parsley
kosher salt and pepper to style
1 pound slender asparagus, challenging finishes trimmed off
Guidance:
In just a medium bowl, whisk mustard, vinegar and 1 tbsp oil. Insert parsley and period with salt and pepper.
Steam or boil asparagus for 2-3 minutes until eventually cooked and smooth. Drain and work below chilly water to reduce the cooking.
Move asparagus to a serving dish and drizzle with the vinaigrette. Can be helped incredibly hot or chilled.
