Home Style White (For the Bread Machine)
Ingredients:
water, bottled, generic
wheat flours, bread, unenriched
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
salt, table
butter, without salt
honey
egg substitute, powder
leavening agents, yeast, baker's, active dry
Directions:
Combine all ingredients according to your manufactor's directions.
Makes one 1 1/2 pound loaf.
Success Hints: The honey in this recipe makes the loaf prone to a darker crust; use a"light crust" setting when possible.
This dough makes great dinner rolls.
During kneading, dough may appear wet.
This is normal.
This recipe may be made using the regular and rapid bake cycles.
