Homemade Flat Bread

Ingredients:
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
leavening agents, yeast, baker's, active dry
sugars, granulated
water, bottled, generic
butter, without salt
salt, table

Directions:
In a mixing bowl combine 300 gram flour yeast sugar and salt.
Mix one minute.
Add water and butter.
Knead until smooth and elastic about 10 minutes.
Place in greased [butter] bowl.
Cover the dough and let rice in warm place about 35 minutes.
After that punch the dough down and make 10 rounds balls.
Cover the balls and allow to rice for 20 minutes.
Now take out each balls in to disk.
use a rolling pin.
[diameter 6 inch thick 1/4 inch]
Cook in frying pan very lightly greased with oil.
Both sides cook until light brown.
Serve hot with curry or your favorite
