Mason Jar Oatmeal Cookie Recipe - Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
Ingredients:
oats
sugars, brown
sugars, granulated
raisins, seeded
leavening agents, baking soda
salt, table
Directions:
Layer ingredients in order given in a 1 qt.
wide mouth canning jar.
Empty jar of cookie mix into large bowl.
Mix thoroughly.
Add 1 1/2 sticks of butter softened,1 egg and 1 tsp (5 ml) vanilla.
Mix with hands.
Shape into balls the size of walnuts.
Place on cookie sheets.
Bake at 350 degrees (175 C.) for 11-13 min.
Cool 5 min.
