Grape Jam

Ingredients:
grapes, red or green (european type, such as thompson seedless), raw
sugars, granulated
lemon juice, raw

Directions:
Prepare canning jars.
Add grapes, sugar and lemon juice into a large pot.
Over medium heat, stir to combine.
Insert immersion blender below surface and blend to desired consistency.
Stir often, skimming off foam when needed.
Boil until mixture reaches 220 degrees F and/or passes the freezer test.
Ladle jam into jars, leaving 1/4 inch headspace.
Wipe off rims with a clean damp cloth.
Top with lids and process for 10 minutes.
Transfer to towels to cool.
Label and date.
