May's Cinnamon Rolls And Frosting Recipe
Ingredients:
water, bottled, generic
leavening agents, yeast, baker's, active dry
sugars, granulated
salt, table
oil, olive, salad or cooking
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
Directions:
Mix water, sugar and yeast.
Let stand a few min.
Add in remaining ingredients.
Knead till smooth.
Cover and let rise till double in size.
Roll out.
Spread with melted butter and sprinkle with 2 c. sugar and 2 tsp.
cinnamon mixed together.
Roll up and slice Place on cookie sheet and let rise.
Bake at 350 degrees for 18-20 min or possibly golden.
