wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
Directions:
in a med sauce pan melt the butter
once melted add the flour use a whisk to stir .
stir until it looks like a paste
add milk stiring with whisk
it will look odd at first but it will come out great.
