Easy Alfredo Sauce!
Ingredients:
butter, without salt
spices, pepper, black
spices, garlic powder
salt, table
cream, fluid, heavy whipping
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
cheese, parmesan, hard
Directions:
In a sauce pan melt together butter, pepper, garlic and salt.
Once the butter has melted add cream and milk.
Stir frequently so it doesn't scald on the bottom.
Bring that just to a boil but do not let it foam up.
Once it boils add in flour and parmesan cheese.
Mix thoroughly with wire whip to break up any lumps.
Bring to 185 degrees F and ENJOY!
