Very Berry Muffins
Ingredients:
cereals, oats, regular and quick, unenriched, cooked with water (includes boiling and microwaving), without salt
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
sugars, granulated
leavening agents, baking powder, double-acting, sodium aluminum sulfate
spices, cinnamon, ground
salt, table
spices, nutmeg, ground
goji berries, dried
soymilk, original and vanilla, unfortified
oil, canola
Directions:
Mix all dry ingredients together in bowl.
Combine wet ingredients in another bowl, then add to dry ingredients.
Stir gently until just mixed, batter will be lumpy.
Spoon batter into a greased muffin pan.
Bake at 400 for 20-25 minutes.
