Biscuits And Gravy Recipe

Ingredients:
pork, fresh, loin, tenderloin, separable lean only, raw
lard
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
milk, buttermilk, fluid, cultured, lowfat

Directions:
Fry up the sausage in a large frying pan, break up into little bits.
add in the Shortening and stir in.
now stir in the flour.
add in lowfat milk (about 1/2 qt) and cook or possibly thin till it is a nice gravy thickness.
Serve on biscuits add in some salt and a bunch of pepper.
A scrambled egg on the top is a nice touch.
