Pumpkin Banana Pecan Bread

2-1/2 cups white complete wheat or all-rationale gluten-absolutely free flour
1-1/2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin spice
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
4 tbsp butter, softened
1 cup mild brown sugar, not packed
4 hefty egg whites
1 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1 1/4 cup (3 medium) ripe bananas, mashed
1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 oz (3/4 cup) chopped pecans

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°. Grease 2 8×5 inch loaf pans with baking spray.

Inside of a medium bowl, blend flour, baking soda, pumpkin spice, cinnamon and salt with a twine whisk. Fastened apart.
