Oatmeal and Coconut Cookies

Ingredients:
oats
wheat flour, white, cake, enriched
sugars, granulated
salt, table
oil, canola
water, bottled, generic
shortening confectionery, coconut (hydrogenated) and or palm kernel (hydrogenated)
figs, dried, uncooked

Directions:
Grind the oatmeal in a blender.
Cut the dry fruits to the size of raisins.
Mix the dry ingredients marked with .
Add oil to the mixture from Step 2.
Rub together and then mix.
Add water, and when it's no longer floury, add coconut and dried fruit and combine together.
It will be crumbly and difficult to hold together, but press firmly with your fingers and shape into 1 cm rounds.
Bake in a 320F/160C oven for around 30 minutes.
