Chipotle Lobster and Avocado Wrap

9 oz (pertaining to 1 3/4 cups) steamed Lobster meat, chopped (versus 2 lb Lobster)
3 tbsp Hellmann’s mild mayo
2 tbsp 2% bodyweight Greek yogurt
1 tbsp chipotle paste or chopped peppers in just adobo sauce
1 green onions, finely chopped
1 tbsp fresh new lemon juice
1 tbsp minced cilantro
1 medium avocado, diced
8 medium romaine lettuce leaves
4 full wheat, very low carb tortillas (8 inches), space temperature

Guidelines:
Chop the Lobster meat into minor sections.
In just a medium bowl merge the mild mayonnaise, yogurt, chipotle pepper, green onion and cilantro. Include the Lobster, squeeze the lemon juice around the Lobster and blend very well.

House 2 lettuce leaves in excess of each individual wrap, ultimate with more than 1/3 cup of the Lobster salad and 1/4 of the avocado. Wrap via folding the edges within just marginally and slash diagonally.
