Avocado Toast Egg-inside of-a-Gap
1 lower entire wheat or full grain bread
1 oz avocado
olive oil spray
1 enormous egg
Kosher salt and recently floor black pepper
sizzling sauce (optional)
Guidelines:
With a center formed cutter or the rim of a glass, thrust a gap inside of the heart of the cut of bread.
Mash the avocado with a fork and period with salt and pepper.
