My Favorite Blueberry Pudding Cake

Ingredients:
blueberries, raw
spices, cinnamon, ground
lemon juice, raw
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
sugars, granulated
leavening agents, baking powder, double-acting, sodium aluminum sulfate
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
butter, without salt
sugars, granulated
cornstarch
water, bottled, generic

Directions:
Toss the blueberries with cinnamon and lemon juice; place in a greased 8-inch square baking dish.
In a bowl, combine flour, sugar and baking powder; stir in milk and butter.
Spoon over berries.
Combine sugar and cornstarch; sprinkle over batter.
Slowly pour boiling water over all.
Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes or until the cake test done.
