Autumn Penne Pasta with Sauteed Brussels Sprouts in A Mild Ragu

1 adorable or warm pork sausage connection, casing taken out, crumbled
3/4 lb 93% lean ground turkey
4 tsp olive oil, separated
4 cloves garlic, sliced thin
10 oz brussels sprouts, excess weight the moment outer leaves and stems eliminated

1 carrot, peeled and diced minor
1 celery stalk, diced minor
28 oz crushed tomatoes (I Use Tuttoroso)
1 bay leaf
Pinch beaten crimson pepper

1 lb entire wheat pasta (brown rice pasta for gluten-free)

Recommendations:
