Homemade Pancake Syrup

Ingredients:
cream, whipped, cream topping, pressurized
sugars, brown
sugars, granulated
salt, table
vanilla extract

Directions:
Place all ingredients in a saucepan.
Heat on very low heat and stir to dissolve the sugars, but do not boil.
Once sugars are dissolved, you can serve.
Serve over pancakes, French toast, Dutch babies or waffles.
Will keep 1-2 weeks in the refrigerator.
