wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched

milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
butter, without salt
sugars, granulated
salt, table
leavening agents, yeast, baker's, active dry

Directions:
Put all the ingredients except for the butter in your bread maker and press start.
After 5 minutes add the butter.
Leave the first rise to your bread maker.
Lightly punch down the dough from step one and form them into balls.
Cover with plastic wrap and a damp towel and let the dough rest for 20 minutes.
The seams of the dough balls should be on the bottom.
Roll the dough balls from step 2 again to remove any air, and place on a baking pan with the seams facing down.
For the 2nd rising, place in the oven at 40C for 25 minutes.
They'll double in size.
Bake at 180C for 11-15 minutes and they're finished!
The baked rolls are soft and fluffy.
Here's another with grilled chicken ham.
