Ingredients:
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
sugars, granulated
cornmeal, degermed, unenriched, yellow
leavening agents, baking powder, double-acting, sodium aluminum sulfate
salt, table
spices, cinnamon, ground
Directions:
whisk ingredients together & store in airtight container.
makes enough mix for 5 dozen muffins.
for 1 dozen muffins, whisk 1 c. milk, 2 eggs, 4 T. melted butter & 1 t. vanilla into 2 & 1/4 c. mix.
bake at 400 for 15 min.
