Black Olive Bread

Ingredients:
leavening agents, yeast, baker's, active dry
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
salt, table
water, bottled, generic
oil, olive, salad or cooking
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
honey
olives, ripe, canned (small-extra large)

Directions:
mix the yeast with 1/2 cup water and 4 tablespoons flour and honey
proof
mix flours
make well pour milk, water, yeast, oil.
add salt
mix
knead 15 minutes
put in greased bowl
cover with damp cloth
til doubled
on lightly floured board divide dough
use rolling pin to a round
brush surface with oil
sprinkle olives on top
roll up.
put loaf on greased baking sheet
let rise until doubled
slash diagonal cuts about 1/2 inch deep across loaves bake 35 minutes 400 degree oven.
