Sauteed Miso Cucumber Salad
Ingredients:
soy sauce made from soy (tamari)
rice vinegar,
water, bottled, generic
onions, spring or scallions (includes tops and bulb), raw
spices, pepper, black
salt, table
oil, sesame, salad or cooking
pickles, cucumber, sour
Directions:
1.
Combine first 6 ingredients in a large bowl, stirring with a whisk.2.
Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add cucumber to pan; saute 4 minutes.
Toss cucumber with juice mixture.
