Chicken with Hoisin Sauce

Ingredients:
salt, table
sauce, hoisin, ready-to-serve
soy sauce made from soy (tamari)
rice vinegar,
sugars, granulated
chicken, broiler or fryers, breast, skinless, boneless, meat only, raw

Directions:
In gallon-size sealable plastic bag, combine all ingredients except chicken thighs.
Add chicken; seal bag, squeezing out air, and turn bag to coat chicken with marinade.
Refrigerate at least 1 hour, turning bag occasionally.
Spray rack in broiling pan with nonstick cooking spray.
Preheat broiler.
Drain and reserve marinade.
Place chicken on rack.
Broil chicken, brushing with reserved marinade and turning occasionally, until juices are clear when meat is pricked with a fork, 15 to 20 minutes.
