Butter Dips

Ingredients:
butter, without salt
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
sugars, granulated
leavening agents, baking powder, double-acting, sodium aluminum sulfate
salt, table
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d

Directions:
Pour melted butter into 9x9x2 baking dish.
Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
Add milk and stir until dough forms.
Turn dough onto floured surface.
Knead 10 times.
Roll or pat into 8-inch square.
With floured knife, cut square in half.
Cut each half into 9 strips or rectangle pieces.
Dip each strip into butter and arrange into square inside baking pan.
Bake at 450 for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
