Mushroom Fennel Quinoa Stuffing

1 cup raw quinoa, rinsed effectively
1 1/2 cups very low sodium hen broth (vegetarians seek the services of veggie broth)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 little onion, diced
3/4 cup fennel, diced
1/2 cup celery, diced
1/2 cup carrots, diced
8 oz sliced refreshing mushrooms
salt and clean cracked pepper to flavor


Recommendations:
Cook rinsed quinoa inside of broth in accordance to deal guidance.
