Easy coconut cream concentrate makes 121g

Ingredients:
shortening confectionery, coconut (hydrogenated) and or palm kernel (hydrogenated)
shortening confectionery, coconut (hydrogenated) and or palm kernel (hydrogenated)
vanilla extract

Directions:
In blender blend coconut flakes until they stick to each other
Add melted coconut oil and blend until smooth and combined.
Stir in extract or any extra you want like nuts, sweetner etc.
Put in container and keep in fridge or cupboard
