Chocolate Shell Ice Cream Topping Recipe

Ingredients:
spartan, real semi-sweet chocolate baking chips,
oil, olive, salad or cooking

Directions:
Place the chocolate and oil in a medium heatproof bowl set over a saucepan containing an inch of barely simmering water.
(Make sure the bowl does not touch the water.)
Stir constantly until the chocolate is just melted and and the mixture is smooth.
Remove the bowl from the saucepan and let the chocolate mixture cool until barely lukewarm (about 100 degrees F) before using.
Store in a container with a tightfitting lid at room temperature for up to 1 week.
Reheat to the desired consistency in a medium heatproof bowl set over a saucepan containing an inch of barely simmering water.
