10 oz frozen chopped spinach, thawed and more liquid squeezed out
1/2 cup mild bitter product
5 tbsp light-weight mayonnaise
1/4 cup scallion, chopped
1 clove garlic, overwhelmed
1 cup (4 oz) shredded chapter skim mozzarella cheese
new pepper to flavor
Guidance:
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Blend all the substances within a medium bowl. Point within just an oven-evidence dish and bake at 375° for 20-25 minutes, till warm and cheese is melted. Provide immediately absent.
Can be intended one working day within progress and saved in just the fridge right before baking. Would make over 2 1/2 cups.
