1 crimson bell pepper, chopped
1 cup chopped mushrooms
1/2 onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 (28-ounce) can beaten tomatoes
1/4 cup body weight cost-free chook broth, far more if required
1 tsp dried oregano leaves
