Dairy Base for Frozen Glace
Ingredients:
cheese, ricotta, whole milk
yogurt, greek, plain, nonfat
syrup, maple, canadian
vanilla extract
Directions:
Puree the ricotta in a food processor or blender until smooth.
Add the remaining ingredients and process until incorporated.
Flavor as desired and freeze in an ice cream machine according to the machine's directions.
