Beef Carpaccio

1/4 lb exceptional roast beef, thinly sliced
1/2 lemon, juice of
1 tbsp a lot more virgin olive oil
salt and clean pepper
1.5 cups youngster arugula
.25 oz shaved Asiago or Parmesan Cheese


Guidelines:
Whisk lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper.
Lay the roast beef higher than a plate. Insert 50 % of the vinaigrette to the roast beef. Supreme with arugula, salt, pepper, currently being vinaigrette and shaved Asiago. Provide mechanically.
