White-Wheat Bread for the Bread Machine

Ingredients:
water, bottled, generic
honey
leavening agents, yeast, baker's, active dry
oil, canola
salt, table
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
vital wheat gluten

Directions:
Proof the yeast in the water with the honey, about 10-15 minutes or until foamy.
Do this in a mixing bowl or your bread machine's bin if it's removable.
Add the remaining ingredients and knead by hand or until combined.
You have to do this for my machine; skip this step if your bread machine does all the work for you.
Run through your bread machine's wheat cycle.
The white bread cycle won't knead it hard enough.
