Asparagus Topped With Crab Recipe

Ingredients:
asparagus, raw
peppers, sweet, green, raw
onions, raw
butter, without salt
yogurt, greek, plain, nonfat
sauce, worcestershire
spices, tarragon, dried
lemon juice, raw
crustaceans, crab, alaska king, imitation, made from surimi
cheese, parmesan, hard

Directions:
Place asparagus in a 1 1/2-qt shallow baking dish.
In a frying pan saute/fry the green pepper and onion in butter.
In a mixing bowl combine yogurt, Worcestershire sauce, tarragon, and lemon juice.
Add in the green pepper, onion and crab meat.
Pour mix over the asparagus and sprinkle with Parmesan.
Bake in a 400-degree oven for 30 min.
This recipe yields 6 to 8 servings.
