Pizza Dough

Ingredients:
leavening agents, yeast, baker's, active dry
salt, table
sugars, granulated
water, bottled, generic
oil, olive, salad or cooking
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched

Directions:
Mix ingredients until a dough is formed that is not sticky.
Cut dough into ideal ball sizes (8 oz.
), fold and tuck the bottom until dough ball is smooth.
Place several onto a tray, cover with plastic wrap, and let sit approximately 45 minutes.
Remove dough ball, and stretch either using a dough press or your hands.
Before applying toppings, sauce, and cheese, make several small holes in the dough so that it can cook all the way through.
After adding toppings, etc.
Place in 450F oven for approximately 5 minutes.
