Skinny shrimp Salsa
Sixteen oz cooked peeled shrimp, diced wonderful
Four vine ripe tomatoes, diced wonderful
Six tbsp pink onion, finely diced
3 tbsp jalapenos, diced wonderful (more or less to taste)
Two tbsp minced cilantro
2 limes, juice of (or additional towards taste)
1/2 tsp kosher salt
Directions:
Incorporate diced onions, tomatoes, salt and lime juice within just a non-reactive bowl and let it sit concerning 5 minutes. Combine the currently being components inside of a higher bowl, style for salt and adjust as necessary. Refrigerate and permit the flavors mix at minimum an hour right before serving.
Results in 4 1/4 cups.
