STRAWBERRY FRUIT FROST SMOOTHIE
1 1/2 c Strawberries, stemmed
2 Lower or 1 1/2 heavy Bananas, thorougly ripe Destroyed into 1 inch components
1 c Frozen or canned peach Slices
1 c Apple juice
1 tb Honey
1 c Ice cubes
Inside blender container, incorporate all elements unless of course ice cubes. Blend together till soft. Increase Ice cubes. Blend together until finally gentle Serves 2.
