½ c Milk
1 Container (6 ounces) peach yogurt
Flooring nutmeg
Stage nectar, milk and yogurt within just blender. Deal with and combine upon higher tempo pertaining to 30 seconds or till delicate. Sprinkle with nutmeg. 2 servings (relating to 1-1/4 cups each individual); 180 energy for each serving.

1 cup Sliced peaches
1/4 cup Wheat germ
1/4 cup Orange juice
1 cup Ice cubes
