1 Golden Scrumptious apple, peeled, cored and chopped
1 c apple juice
4 apricots, contemporary, pitted -pores and skin optional
1 banana; peeled
3/4 c simple or vanilla nonfat yogurt
10 ice cubes, up to 12 cubes
1 Tbsp. honey
Issue all components within just a blender and puree right until comfortable.
