Crock Pot Bolognese Sauce

4 oz pancetta, chopped (or centre slice bacon)
1 tbsp butter (or olive oil)
1 huge white onion, minced
2 celery stalks (over 3/4 cup), minced
2 carrots (with regards to 3/4 cup), minced
2 lb 95% lean floor beef
1/4 cup white Wine
2 – 28 oz cans overwhelmed tomatoes (I delight in Tuttorosso)
3 bay leaves
salt and fresh new pepper
1/4 cup chopped new parsley
1/2 cup 50 % & fifty percent product


Guidance:
